Today is a D Day

There will be a yearbook meeting after school today in Mr. Collier’s room 215.

Volleyball Intramurals will take place today after school in the gym until 3:45.

All Cast for the Drama Club will meet today and tomorrow after school in the Auditorium. 

The Airbrush Club will meet in today after school in Mr. Westcott’s room 121.

ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS!!!!  Friday is our first school dance of the year and Student Council would love to see every one of you there!!!  The dance will be held in our school cafeteria from 7-9.Tickets will be on sale in the Cafeteria during all three lunches on Thursday and Friday.  The cost is $5.00.

ATTENTION STUDENTS:  PBIS at SMS has a brand NEW PRIZE CART!!!!  The Prize cart will be available to all students on Team on B days starting on March 7th.  The cart will start during first period in the 6th grade hall, then go up to 7th and then to 8th grade during second block.  All items on the cart can be purchased using Bulldog Bucks only!  No cash will be accepted so remember to bring your bucks to class.  If we are not able to visit all classrooms today, we will start with the rooms that were missed on our next B day.

Next Week, PBIS is sponsoring a Reverse Bulldog Week! Students will again receive special reverse bucks that they can give to their teachers when they see them using true BARK Behavior. 

TEACHERS:  please pass out Reverse Bucks to students beginning Monday, March 12th.  Be sure to save your bucks to enter into our Reverse Raffle. 

STUDENTS:  Make sure to be on the lookout for teachers acting Positively Positive.

Attention 8th grade students:  If you haven’t registered for Washington DC trip, you must do so as soon as possible.  Final payments are due March 15th.  Absolutely no registrations will be accepted after the final payment due date.  See your Social Studies teacher for details about cost and how to register.

Remember to use your BARK behavior.  Be Prepared, Act Responsible,    Respect, and Keep Safe.”
